LOCAL DELIVERIES
Local deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order and provide a contact telephone number.
If no one is there to receive the order we will do our best to leave it with a neighbour, receptionist etc. If there is a safe place where we can leave it please add this information when ordering. If you are not there to accept delivery, we cannot guarantee safe arrival of your treats.
POSTAL DELIVERIES
Our brownie boxes are delivered using Royal Mail 24.
You do not need to be at home for a brownie delivery as these boxes can be posted directly through your letter box. If the property has dogs or pets that may chew through the box, and enjoy the contents, consider adding instructions in the delivery section so they are not put through the letterbox.
Our other products will need to be delivered by hand as these will not fit through a letter box.
Royal Mail 24 is generally a 1-3 day service but in line with Royal Mail’s terms and conditions, they have up to 14 days to deliver items and we can not raise an investigation into a delivery issue until after 14 days. It is a partly tracked service and we track sending and delivery attempts. If it is a sizeable, valuable or time sensitive order we would suggest upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If you require express delivery, or arrival for a particular date, select the Royal Mail Special 1pm service at checkout. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please check the address you have supplied is correct, if the address is invalid or inaccessible, or if a calling card is left and not responded to, we are unable to accept responsibility for orders not collected.
